The Zo’é is a very small tribal community with a count of about 100, residing deep in the Amazon rainforest of northern Brazil. They are highly susceptible to external damages like wind, insect bites and storm. Though they are fierce in nature, they find themselves very difficult to compete with the modern equipment. Yanomami tribes are very violent when not only to the other tribal groups, but also among themselves. They are highly endangered by intruders and the Brazilian Government have not been trying to protect the tribal community. They reside in the rainforest of South America and the population count is comprehensively very high. The Yanomami Tribe is the one of the most isolated, who have not got in touch with the modern society for thousands of years. Yari Yari is the only person who is believed to survive from the Pintupi group, who is now named as “Thomas” and has world recognition. The tribal group had settled in Western Australia-Northern Territory with diet of rabbits and plants. The most unfortunate moment for the Pintupi group was when the contact was made with the external world in 1984, which lead to a complete shatter of the community. 5. The Pintupi NineĪs the name says, the tribal group was a count of nine people named “The Pintupi Nine”, who are also referred as “the lost tribes”. The reports allegedly notify that the tribes catch the intruders and produce the cannibalism on the victims. There have been many attempts to track the tribal community but were unsuccessful. The survey revealed that, exposure of Nukak people into modern civilization led to respiratory disorders, illness, diarrhoea and other deadly diseases being the major cause for their extinction. Many of the Nukak individuals get into depression as they have no sufficient land for hunting and fishing.
Now, the community owns land worth half the size of a football field. Nukak people owned hefty acres of land for their livelihood few years ago, but was unfortunately ruptured by modern civilization. The tribal group is completely at their extinction stage due to malnutrition and other diseases.
The Nukak-Maku People live in the tropical regions of Amazon forest between Inirida and Guaviare rivers. They use poisonous frogs as well in order to defend themselves from intruders. Men generally hunt for frogs that contain a fluidic content in its body, which can contribute to strengthen the individual with initial side effect of vomiting and nausea. Illegal trespassing activities are seen in the Brazilian Amazon forest in the areas of Mayoruna, which fragile the settlement of tribal group. They become highly violent when an intruder is seen around the Matsés’s region. The tribal community resides in Peruvian and Brazilian Amazon forest.
Mayoruna Tribes are also known as “ Matsés”, which consists of a total population of about 2,200 people. Men scar their body with blades and thrones when they kill the rivalry tribes, as symbol of pride. The piercing is carried out on a girl’s ears when she is in her puberty. The culture of Surma tribes majorly involves piercing a wooden plate right below the lip as a symbol of beauty. The rituals followed by the Surma tribes are pathetic, which mainly involves adapting the youngsters to feel the blood and pain of an individual. The Surma People are one of the tribal groups that avoided the global civilization by residing in South Sudan and southwestern Ethiopia.
